Terms and Conditions
The minimum rental period is of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. For shorter stays or different changeover day, please contact info@villasergio.com
We ask our guests not to arrive at the property any earlier than 1pm, and to leave no later than 11am. The weekly price is inclusive of bills (water, gas and electricity), bedroom linens, bathroom and kitchen towels and cleaning once a week.
At the time of booking we ask for 10% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance of the rental leads to automatic cancellation of the rental and the loss of the deposit. Payments can be made via transfer bank account or cheque.
A breakage deposit of GBP200 (€300) is required on arrival and it is refundable at the end of the holiday less the cost of any damages. Failure to pay the breakage deposit might result in a refusal of entry.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation on the part of our guests, they will be entitled to reimbursement as follows:
Cancellation between 6-4 weeks before arrival 50% of the rental fee
Cancellation between 4-2 weeks before arrival: 25% of the rental fee
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: no refund
